The risk of not having a home inspection

Home inspections have grown in popularity tremendously over the last three decades, with an estimated 75 to 80 percent of buyers now seeking this type of third-person opinion on their purchase. But in hot-seller markets and/or by the persuasion of someone else, some buyers have have discarded the home inspection contingency from their contracts. Bad move, experts say.

It's too great of a risk to make a purchase without an inspecton. To be sure, a home inspection summarizes the conditon of a property by analtzing things like the heating and air-conditioning systems, interior plumbing, roof, attic and visible insultation, walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors, foundation, basement and other visible structures of the home.

Sometimes buyers ignore the need for a home inspection because they don't understand the purpose. Contact ALLIN Home Inspections and our representatives will answer your questions.
