Scheduling an Inspection
Residential Home Inspections

To schedule a residential inspection, maintenance inspection, mold test, or small multi-family inspection (2–4 units), please use our online scheduler.

Commercial Property Inspections
​
Commercial building inspections and large multi-family property inspections are scheduled separately.

Environmental Assessments
​
Environmental assessments including:

• Phase I Environmental Site Assessments
• Records Search with Risk Assessment (RSRA)

require a separate quote and documentation process.
