Small Multi-Family Properties
If the property contains 2–4 residential units, please schedule the inspection through the Residential Scheduler.

These properties are inspected under residential inspection standards.
Environmental Assessments
Environmental assessments such as:

• Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ASTM E1527-21)
• Records Search with Risk Assessment (RSRA)

are not scheduled through the inspection scheduler.

These services require a separate quote and documentation process.
